I do scaffolding while the students are still learning. I applied the 70/30 method of learning. 30% is giving of inputs to the students and 70% is the students activities. I give examples prior to having an assessment. Monitoring students progress weekly is vital to decide what lessons should be given. Drills and exercises should be given every end of the lessons. Instructional materials should be scrutinized properly that would aid to the effectiveness of the learning. Most important also is to build rapport to students and assuring a conducive learning environment.
