Aoa,I have two months experience at school and thirteen years of teaching experience at university level I have learned through my experience that experimental learning is a great teaching method as, it encourages creativity,help the students to learn from their mistakes and encourages reflective thinking.
I believe that students always need encouragement and support from teachers,in order to learn anything I indulge them into various activities and discussions,in this way the most less speaking student expresses his point of view. This always encourages me for new activities and plans for teaching.
