I have completed my Ph.D. in Business Administration from
Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan Pakistan. My major specialization is in
Management/ Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior and minor
specialization is in "Marketing" with an aggregate score of CGPA 3.97/4 as a whole. I am
Position holder in the course work of Ph.D. Prior to this I did my M.Phil., Masters and
Bachelors in Business Administration. I am writing to express my strong interest in the
position of Lecturer Business Administration (Management) as advertised. With a passion
for education and a deep expertise in the area of Management I am excited about the
opportunity to contribute my knowledge and experience to your esteemed institution.
As a dedicated business professional with 19 years of experience in academics I have
had the privilege of honing my skills in Management, Human Resource Management and
Organizational Behavior and imparting these insights to students at university level. This
has enabled me to develop a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of the
business world while effectively communicating these concepts to learners of diverse
backgrounds. I am a teacher by heart. Sharing my knowledge and understanding with
others has always been a source of joy for me, greatest satisfaction comes from watching
people learn and grow. In particular, I believe that -Teaching is not imparting knowledge
to students, but rather is a collaborative learning effort between a teacher and students.
-The foremost purpose of teaching is to empower students and equip them with skills. -
Teaching is best done by relating new concepts to what students and equips them with
skills. -Teaching methods ought to be adapted to the needs of the situation.
