I have been working as a teacher for international students since early 2022. And, I have met and guided different kinds of students with diverse characters, such as clever students, stubborn students, offhand students, lazy students, and so on. For me, teaching is challenging and interesting adventure. It is about not only academic guiding but also effective communicating, detailed character-building and empathizing. And it also reveals the effectiveness of the teamwork. If we want to help with a student's academic progress for the better, we, the teachers, and the parents and the students, work harmonically together.
