I strive to build a solid foundation in my students. In the areas of mathematics and physics, that includes: competency in the 'tools' of the subjects', depth of understanding, range of problem-solving skills, practical applications, and an appreciation of the power and beauty of the subjects.

I use tools like GeoGebra extensively. I use digital whiteboards (including Google's Jamboard, and several other whiteboards). I also use various online resources to provide reading material, video resources, and manipulatives.

I like to ask my students questions, and strive to get them to think about, and to explore, what they are learning.
