I teach conceptually and topic wise with flexible environment and I understand the interest of students.. I don't pressurize students or over burden to student. When lecture is over students get ready for assessment and I get to know what they learnt previous day then I move forward for next topic. After month there is monthly test of distributed chapters for students... I always expect positive feed back from students... For maths students I need more practice from them. I teach students how to attempt a question with tricks and attentive mind.
