I am a self centered person and relate very well with students. I usually involve them in class activities both theory and practical part. The main secret to achieve what is best is to create good relationship with students. Being friendly and avoiding harassment to the student.
My results are always good since we usually revise with my student and always provide revision materials to them and assist them to tackle most of the questions.
Students finds it interesting when they have a good relationship with the teacher and are free to ask anything.
