I teach based on my experience in highschool and university level,I love my career of being a teacher and being that learning is a continuous process,I read and read to learn. Listening to my students is one of the most key things I use,expose them to reading many books and doing research to boost their reading and understanding skills,this makes me a good teacher. I give my students both the strong and weak time to improve and encourage them as the best of themselves, building their esteem to enable the student remain focused. I discourage losing hope by giving my whole and giving them time to understand what I deliver. Apart from just teaching I involve my students to skills such as good communication, etiquette, respect, humility and good listening. This helps them open up their minds to look beyond the normal position they are in. I give my students time to express what they have learned and read before means after the lesson I also try to know what they have learned by giving questioning and answering session. This makes me a good teacher.
