I'm a seasoned teacher responsible for managing an average class of 30 students. Through my vast experience in both teaching and marking exams at national level, I
demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills to help students not only to learn, read, and write English but also use it to comment and appreciate the varous genres of literature.

I also consider different students’ individual needs to ensure that everyone’s set up for success,
using differentiated learning strategies. As a result, I won an award for producing the, best English O'Level results in 2012.

Furthermore, my experience as a student counsellor has helped me identify different students' needs and to develop purposeful English lesson plans that cover the curriculum and provide for effective teaching strategies and
a classroom environment that promotes independent critical thinking while addressing their learning and emotional needs
I also maintain complete and accurate records of my students and their written work to
ensure positive and consistent communications with them and
provision for remedial work where necessary.
