Teaching style: facilitator style
Methadology: problem based learning
I focus on students’ weaknesses and try to clear their concepts by using student centered approach. I prefer one to one session and give complete attention to individual student rather than teaching to different students of different grades at a time. Friendly communication is a key to let students discuss their problems to sort them out and clear their misunderstandings related to different concepts that they have. Student centered approach is the preference but teacher centered learning is also followed to enhance better learning experience
