I am a good teacher because, I have different style of teaching and my methodology is also different that help students in learning, I thought learning will be easy, if teacher focuses on the needs of students. This helps to gain good results and makes the teacher great.
I want to teach in a way in which students are comfortable and, I want to teach looking at the level of student. Is student is extrovert or introvert? and this helps both teacher and student. My main goal is, what student gain from lecture. My main priority is learner needs of learning.
