I teach Western Classical Music in Piano and Music Theory and follow a logical approach to the subject. It is best taught and learnt when resonated with Mathematics. Of course consistent effort and practice on the student's part will ensure a quick pick up of the subject. Have been able to achieve distinctions for majority of my students using this methodology of teaching.
An important lesson for a teacher is to keep learning and upgrading his/her ownself, including learning from the questions of the students.
Hope to make Music interesting for the young minds as well as for adult learners.
