I always prepare myself well in advance for the task ahead and needless to say, I keep an open mind for matters arising. I think on my feet.
I make sure that all my classes are applicable rather than just a preparation for passing Exams. It is more important to me that my student understands and not just to pass exams.
I like to have interactive classes that involve a lot of sharing of different perspectives, knowledge and skills. I strongly believe that even my student can teach me something and I therefore ensure free flow of communication.
