I consider Teaching not just a profession but a way of life with an opportunity to illuminate many others. Therefore, my students are not just someone whom I have to impart some knowledge but also they will be part of my greater being through whom I will leave even when I won’t be having this physical body. A great teacher never dies. Such excellent teachers live forever in the minds of their students and the light they illuminate pass on and on through students after students creating generations of illuminated souls. I would like to be such a teacher.
A Teacher has a lot of responsibilities. While in class he needs to take care of the best students promoting them and encouraging them to reach the top and at the same time, he also needs to take care of the relatively weaker ones. This is possible by creating an energetic group in the class cultivating the ideal of “Reach God through Service to Humanity.” All good students and relatively weaker students learn together helping each other.
