I prefer to start teaching from the beginning of course content till end; Teaching style quite simple, explanation of tough ideas and terms. Similarly students attraction must be focused, different questions should be asked related to the teaching topics: More ever homework, students growth must be noted.
Individual involvement, questioning time shall be permitted to the students.
Additionally; students to be asked what kind of method they're easily catchable.
At the end of every lecture next lecture contents to be shared for earlier preparation.
Rewards policy would be involved for the students interest.
