I am a fresh graduate with new yet great experience in ELT( English language teaching) methodology, ELT method and approach and material development and adaptation.

I believe the student is the center of learning, first they have to want to learn which is very crucial in teaching and learning, since ancient times students lacked motivation to attend classes and thrive to be better at their subjects. This is the reason why I became a teacher in the first place, I wish to plant the seed in their heart and mind to love the subjects I teach, to wake up with euphoria for my classes, when they come home from a long day of learning they feel the urge to talk about my class to their respected family.

I have taught students many years ago,whom still remember me to this day and shake my hand very passionately when we see each other, at one point I asked them; what did you learn from me? To which they replied, we do not remember, but we remember you were nice with us, when most teacher were not.

Experience

  • University (Sep, 2020–May, 2023) at University of Raparin
    As an intern at my university, English department Faculty of Education and Literature. I have taken classes in Academic writing, Essay writing Grammar, and Syntax, general reading and writing.
    I gained experience from great teachers and mentors, whom helped me greatly to teach students in a meaningful and creative way.

    • My duties consist of helping students with
    assignments, reports, and research papers.
    • I had additional duties such as, marking quizzes and exit slips. Organizing classes for examinations and helping with documents and college applications.

Fee details

    Dinar10–25/hour (US$0.01–0.02/hour)

    I only work remotely, thus compensation is fixed for all time, place and content.
