My aim is to provide knowledge not just feeding the students with answers and asking them to memorise it.

I follow Student Centered Approach and Inquiry based learning where I don't teach many kids together soo that I can pay more attention on each child individually during the class and believe that small groups of same standard students can make a lecture more interactive and fun.
Regular assignments/test are conducted soo that the student can know the area they need to put more efforts.

My medium of communication while teaching will be strictly english.
