"Have you ever wondered about the thoughts that occupy my mind while I'm teaching?

In my role as an Teacher, a prevailing question I often contemplate is:
How can I best engage my students' critical thinking faculties?
The solution that consistently resonates with me is the power of observation. While it might seem common place for many to perceive observation merely as a visual activity, I implore you to delve deeper into this concept – to perceive it through the lens of a student, or even a budding researcher. Observation is not confined to the visual; rather, it encompasses an entire spectrum of experiences akin to real-world immersion. This realisation is pivotal – it unlocks a profound understanding of various concepts.

For Example - : Have you ever had the opportunity to experience the remarkable harmony between the intricacies of the human body and the delicate balance of our motherland, Earth?
This analogy, although not without its exceptions, illuminates the marvels of intricate systems working in unison. These exceptions, much like the anomalies we encounter in our academic pursuits, further enrich our appreciation of the broader scheme. Just as our bodies house remarkable mechanisms, so too does every facet of education offer a chance to explore the exceptional.

So, next time you're engaged in a lesson, remember that observation is not confined to the visual, but rather extends to a multifaceted engagement with the world around us. This holistic understanding can catalyse your grasp of any concept, granting you the keys to unlock a world of knowledge."

    ● RNA/DNA Isolation: Conducted manual and automatic RNA/DNA isolation using state-of-the-art instruments such as Automatic ThermoScientific and Automatic Roche. Also, gained proficiency in trunet extraction and PCR, which are crucial for the analysis of genetic material in research samples.
    ● RT/QPCR: Conducted Covid19, HIV, HBV & HCV testing. This involved careful sample preparation, running the PCR, and analyzing the results to determine the presence of these viruses. Also, performed isothermal PCR for research studies.
    ● ELISA: Performed Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) tests for various research projects. This involved preparing the samples, running the assay, and interpreting the results to detect the presence of antibodies or antigens in the samples.
    ● Western Blotting: Conducted Western Blotting, a technique used to detect specific proteins in a sample.
    ● Protein Purification: Performed protein purification for various research projects. This involved using techniques such as chromatography or centrifugation to isolate a specific protein from a complex mixture.
    ● Monitoring & Guiding Staff: Monitored and guided staff during the handling of COVID 19 samples in a BSL3 level laboratory. This involved ensuring that all safety protocols were strictly followed to prevent contamination and maintain the integrity of the samples.
    ● Vendor Communication: Regularly communicated with vendors to obtain quotations for lab supplies and equipment. This involved comparing prices from different vendors, negotiating for the best price, and raising indents as per the requirements of the lab.
    ● Supervision: Supervised subordinate staff including Lab Technicians, Lab Assistants, and Nursing Orderlies.
    ● SOP Writing: Wrote Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the instrumentation and methodology used in the lab. This ensured that all procedures were carried out consistently and accurately, maintaining the quality of the results.Research Scientist C, ESIC VRDL lab ● RNA/DNA Isolation: Conducted manual and automatic RNA/DNA isolation using state-of-the-art instruments such as Automatic ThermoScientific and Automatic Roche.
