Well for any Language skills it's important to understand the student's level and target to achieve.
My teaching approach is very simple, I like to Taylor my classes according to every student's needs because I believe that every student has varying needs and I'd like to get to know them and taylor my approach to what work well for them.
I have owesome experience of more than 9 years as an ESL teacher in some of the biggest Schools in Bangkok, Thailand, and I must say I had great time as well as my Students.
