I am an eager learner, wanted to spread my knowledge to others. My fair experience of teaching and, students diverse acknowledgement of their own critical thinking through my methodologies made me a good mentor. My part will be to guide and accommodate them, further their abilities can make the results look manageable. I will share my lectures and, demand their full concentration . I will involve them in certain task to bring diversity in their behavior. Evaluation must be base on their active participation and response in the class.
