Administrative specialist with great leadership skills. I use the following methods to teach,video demonstrations, tutorials, chat sessions and interactive stimulations. I ensure interactive sessions so as to pass knowledge and skills in a detailed manner.I also ensure i get feedbacks and i am able to understand the student through the hybrid method that offers balance between student centred approach and tutor centred approach. I break down any complex hospitality terms and concepts in a way that the student is able to easily grasp. having been in the industry i have first hand experience on how the industry is and what is expected of a trainee. when i train i go the extra mile to assist my trainee in preparing for interviews through a work readiness module.I also try to connect for internships where possible. I teach food and beverage service, food and beverage production, front office and housekeeping.During my teaching i incorporate a little bit of life skills in relation to the hospitality industry.
