I am a teacher who from the outset, have understood that learners move on different pace. I make sure to go according to their different pace by using different techniques( like illustration, demonstration, charts, flash cards) that suit their capacity of learning and achieving a goal, which is understanding and ability to apply what is learnt where and when needed.
Aside from the normal traditional teaching method, I engage learners in learning using visual means in the comfort of their homes.
I create a free environment where I employ the method of learners always making attempt to every questions even if wrong for a better chance to be right next time.
