My teaching style is "student-centred" in other words my primary focus is to address the student's needs. It is strategic for me to understand the student's environment and background to ensure that all are utilised to achieve the learning objectives. In terms of methodology inquiry-based learning is quite useful for me because it gives the students sufficient opportunity to express themselves, this becomes the foundation of how to proceed. Listening, patience, adaptability, and good communication skills make me a great teacher. In addition, good lesson planning is also key to my performance. I am also a subject matter expert given that I earned a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA). My subject matter knowledge has also been well complemented by work experience. My approach is against the background of both theory and practice. My availability plays an important role since teaching online is my full-time occupation.
