I believe in making learning fun and interesting for students to keep them engaged. My
motive has always been to strategise my classes as per the learning needs and what can
motivate students to keep their interest alive during virtual classes, which sets me apart from
other mentors. Moreover, at the end of the class, I would use Reflection Cards and ask students
about the difficult part in the topic wherein they need more clarity and take away points. To get students have a deeper grasp of the concepts, I challenge his/her intellect by asking him/her to initiate discussion, explain points, give him/her challenging question or writing topic or HOTs(high order thinking skills) questions that notches higher than his/her present intellect, for practice.
Also, if a student constantly either submitted their assignments late or missed their deadlines, I ensure to give them positive reinforcement, extra time and guidance to the complete task.
Therefore, I teach with an aim to update my knowledge and experiment with my teaching techniques conducive for giving profound learning experience to students.
