I have been teaching Physics for more than 25 years to students of classes 11 and 12. I believe in taking examples from real life, incidents from films, stories etc to explain a funda. I am proficient in both english and hindi and use both while teaching. I like to bring in humour to take away from the difficulty of this subject which is the toughest of the science stream subjects. I encourage my students to ask questions and talk to me freely because I believe that unlike subject teacher in school whom you cannot choose you need to like and feel comfortable with your tutor because she is someone you have chosen. I practice many numerical and conceptual questions as that is how we improve on the application ability of a child. I give work sheets, do NCERT questions and provide notes for derivations. Topic wise tests are taken. I make an effort to make the student want to come to the class.

    I was teaching Physics mainly to the classes 11 and 12 as their Physics faculty .I was also the mentor teacher to the student council for more than 8 consecutive years. I was also the production head for the last two annual cultural bonanza and always associated with any cultural event and organisor of many other programs and outstation trips.
  • PGT (Oct, 2007–Mar, 2012) at Father Agnel School Noida
    I was the Head of the Physics department and teaching classes 11 and 12 . I was the cultural coordinator and organised many inter and intra school programs and competitions. I was also the Vice Principal for the year 2011-2012.
  • PGT (Jun, 2006–Mar, 2007) at DPS meerut
    I was the PGT Physics teaching classes 9, 10, 11 and 12.

Fee details

    ₹800–1,200/hour (US$9.51–14.27/hour)

    If it is a group of 4 children it will be 800/- per session as my classes go upto 75 minutes. If it is a one on one student scenario it will be 1200 per session but I prefer teaching in small groups of 3-4 students.
