In June 2022, I’ve completed an Advanced 200-Hour Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training as well as 100-Hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, and acquired in-depth knowledge about postures, breathing techniques, and spiritual elements of yoga teaching. I began practicing yog to regain clarity in life and restore my health from the inside out. It was yog that sparked the fire of transformation within and as a desire to deepen my practice; I completed my first teacher training a year back. As a result, it is now my passion to teach and share the gift of Yog with others. My classes offer beginners and seasoned yogis alike the space for self-discovery and encouragement to grow both physically and spiritually. As a certified RYT200, I also have an extensive wellness background as a Fitness Enthusiast, Weight Trainer, Nutrition practitioner, Holistic health coach, and Meditation guide. My expertise lies in teaching others to conquer their inner chaos and boldly step into the healthiest, most fulfilled version of themselves. True freedom lies in having awareness and becoming the observer of our thoughts, ultimately gifting us with the power of choice to navigate each day with conscious appreciation.
