I am Mahwish.I am working as a teacher in education department as well as a resource person in AIOU Pakistan.As i am M.phil in education so i easily tackle students in their problems.My research article was published in 2022 that exhibits comparison of performance of students. I always accelerate students to boost activity based learning, for this purpose i introduce many methodologies according to individual, their mental approach, their age and their situations. I also motivate students to intellect creativity by adopting different activities based on daily life routine. For biology students i assist students to explore many topic related researches by assigning them different tasks. All concepts related to the topic should be cleared by dividing the topic in chunks. Different subjects have their different requirements so i always keep in mind all the subject related requirements that help students. I have twelve years of teaching experience as well as two years of online learning. Today's online learning is top trendy because of their benefits for both teachers and students. All these makes me a good motivator,guider, concellor and teacher.
