Assessing the students caliber at the initial stage to identify their knowledge levels in that respective subject and simplifying the concept, help them in understanding easiest way. Creating interest in learning the subject in a simple way by giving more examples. Conducting weekly mock tests which helped them to come out of fear factor and improving their knowledge and performance in the subject. Last year CBSE students secured 95% which is one of my achievement. Adoptig, delivering in a simple manner and revising the concepts on a regular basis which helped students in grasping the concept.
