Graduated in Yoga Therapy from S-VYASA Yoga University, Bengaluru, India while being an intern in VYASA Aarogyadhama, Bengaluru for 8 months.
I've had the fortunate opportunity to represent my country in World & Asian level Yogasana Competitions & winning a position as well.
My teaching philosophy includes combining the best of the East with best of the West i.e, including modern scientific knowledge with ancient scriptural knowledge.
