Preparing notes, explaining the lesson by picture to make it clear, make remainder even on out of my tutor time and asking them about their days their, let them to practice since practice makes perfect specially in language, and by not making them to loose their confidence but correct them in good way and giving encouraging words,
And let them to know the culture of the language speakers that he or she need to learn. Having a good communication and understanding their problems.
