My greatest strength as a teacher is to adapt lessons to the requirements of each student. I put a lot of effort into creating a feeling of community among my kids because I think every student deserves to feel appreciated and respected in the classroom. I employ a range of techniques to motivate all students to engage and contribute, including student-led dialogues and collaborative learning. The variety of experiences and backgrounds that my pupils bring to the classroom is something that I make a point of recognizing and celebrating. I really think that I can assist my pupils feel more self-assured and driven to study by fostering a kind and encouraging environment.
