I teach with examples to ensure my students understand any topic I am teaching. There are times I give or discuss a practical case to make sure the students internalise the subject.
After the teaching, I give some continous assessment so that I get a feedback of my own work. This allows me to know to what extend my students have understood. It gives me an indication of the areas that have not been understood by the students. There are times 1 out of 5 is the only one who may not have understood. I will need to talk to the student to find out whether it is just that he/she is a slow learner or may be having some life challeges. This will help me to know how I may help the student.
