Teaching with hard work and independent thinking is my pride. Inquiry based learning is my preferred strategy. Using questions to guide students to the correct answer is better than always telling them the answer directly. I was a chemistry and biology teacher for grade 10-12 and even checkpoint before joining the Lagos state as a public school teacher. I have also taught physics students of grade 10 -12. Currently, I teach grade 10 mathematics and grade 10-12 chemistry at State Senior High School, Oyewole, Agege, Lagos Nigeria. Gamification using platforms such as Kahoots and relating lesson taught to real life experience help to sustain the attention of my students during classes.My students have excelled at academic competitions. My student was second last year at LASRIC science day fair and he won ₦300, 000 including a Samsung Tablet. Being the coordinator of JETS and STEAM club of my school have sustained my passion in the arena of teaching and learning science. My students enjoy activities at the STEAM & JETS club. On the shoulders of giants; how stuffs work; teach your friends are some of the engaging activities we carry out at the JETS and STEAM club.
