I have been teaching for over 25 years. My approach to teaching is very simple. I try to make the students understand the concepts. If they understand the concepts, they will understand the practical approach of the subject especially Maths. Majority of the students hate Maths not because it is hard but because they think they have to memorize the concept instead of understanding and applying it. Most of my students have started understanding the subject and in fact started to like it. Changing times calls changes in approach to teaching.
