JaiSocial research, language research

About me: I am a highly motivated teacher with varying degrees of competency in sociology, anthropology, language and linguistics, psychology and literature. Owing to my long-standing interest across languages, I have helped several students gain better core competency in English. However, my capabilities in this regard are multi-directional.
My teaching: My approach to teaching is dialogical and takes into account the needs of the student along with the evaluation/exam outcomes, a practice I have evolved over my involvement with students in various settings.
Note: Teaching (and preparation for teaching) take up a significant amount of time and effort, and I expect that students as well as prospective students acknowledge this. As a result, while I do offer demo lectures as well as homework help classes, these are charged according to the terms which the student and I will mutually agree on.
