Hello, my name is Sally. I am a Landscape Architect by training. I have a passion for learning as well as sharing my knowledge with people.
I believe learning should be fun, it is a great opportunity to expand your scope of knowledge and for better understanding. I believe that with enough time, effort and mostly importantly the right attitude, you can learn and excel at anything you set your mind to.
My motto when it comes to learning new things is practice makes progress. I view failure as a stepping stone to understanding. If we fail at something, it may mean that there is something we did not get in the first place, which gives us an opportunity to go back to that subject and try again. The best part is that while reviewing and practicing in the areas we are struggling with, we get to learn other new things that we may have missed out on in the first place.
I insist on being kind and empathetic especially so in a learning scenario.
That said, I am patient with my students and it is a tried and tested approach to get great results and enjoy learning at the same time.
