We are seeking a dedicated and experienced teacher to join our school as an Islamiat Teacher and take on the additional responsibility of Bazmeadab Incharge. As an Islamiat Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality religious education to our students. Additionally, as the Bazmeadab Incharge, you will oversee and coordinate all activities related to the school's literary and cultural society. This dual role offers an exciting opportunity to impact students' spiritual and creative growth.
Responsibilities:
Islamiat Teaching:
Prepare and deliver comprehensive and engaging Islamiat lessons to students, ensuring alignment with the curriculum and educational standards.
Foster an inclusive and respectful learning environment, promoting students' understanding of Islamic values, beliefs, and practices.
Facilitate discussions and activities that encourage critical thinking, moral development, and ethical decision-making.
Curriculum Development:
Design and develop a well-structured and relevant curriculum for Islamiat, incorporating a variety of teaching methods and resources.
Align the curriculum with educational objectives, national standards, and the school's values and mission.
Integrate technology, interactive tools, and real-life examples to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Develop appropriate assessment tools and strategies to evaluate students' understanding and progress in Islamiat.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents, identifying areas of improvement and suggesting remedial measures when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.
Student Support and Guidance:
Foster a supportive and caring environment for students, addressing their individual needs and concerns related to Islamiat.
Serve as a mentor and guide, promoting spiritual growth, moral development, and ethical behavior among students.
Offer counseling and support to students facing religious or personal challenges, in collaboration with the school's counseling department.
Bazmeadab Coordination and Organization:
Plan, organize, and coordinate all activities of the school's literary and cultural society, Bazmeadab.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure the smooth functioning of Bazmeadab events and initiatives.
Schedule and manage meetings, rehearsals, and practices for literary and cultural activities.
Event Management:
Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of literary and cultural events, such as debates, speeches, poetry recitations, and drama performances.
Coordinate with students, teachers, and external participants to ensure the successful implementation of events.
Arrange for necessary resources, equipment, and facilities required for Bazmeadab activities.
Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain effective communication channels with students, parents, and staff members regarding Islamiat classes and Bazmeadab activities.
Collaborate with the school administration to promote the achievements and contributions of Bazmeadab through newsletters, social media, and other platforms.
Foster partnerships with external organizations, scholars, and artists to enrich the literary and cultural experiences of students.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Islamic Studies, Religious Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with expertise in Islamiat.
Strong knowledge of Islamic teachings, values, and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for literature, arts, and culture.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in technology and multimedia tools related to teaching and cultural activities.
