Job Summary:/
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Urdu Teacher to join our team at OPF Girls College F/8/2, Islamabad. As an Urdu Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education in the field of Urdu language and literature to students at the college level. Your role will involve planning and implementing engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall development of the college through various duties and responsibilities.

1-Responsibilities:

Create and implement effective lesson plans to teach Urdu language and literature to college-level students.
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and interaction.
Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
Develop and administer tests, exams, and assignments to measure student progress and achievement.
Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and teaching methodologies.
Keep abreast of the latest developments in Urdu language and literature education and incorporate innovative teaching techniques.
Provide guidance and counseling to students on academic and personal matters.
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and college events.
Contribute to the overall development and growth of the college through additional duties as assigned.
2-Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urdu or a related field.
Proven experience teaching Urdu language and literature at the college level.
Excellent command of Urdu language, including grammar, vocabulary, and literary analysis.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students in the learning process.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using technology for teaching purposes.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a diverse student population.
