I'm Sonia with my vast experience in teaching and ability to understand students' psychology, i always prefer my students first listen them as i have ability to adapt to different environments and that increase my teaching strengths commendably. Being a good listener to my students is also crucial as it allows me to understand their difficulties and address them effectively. I have developed a student-centered approach that helps them grasp the concepts easily. Being supportive teacher provides guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback to help students reach their full potential and create a safe space where students feel comfortable asking questions and taking risks.My patience and empathy create a supportive and inclusive learning environment to understand that each student has unique strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles, and then adapt teaching methods accordingly.Effective communication is crucial for me to convey information clearly and engage students in the learning process. So explain complex concepts in a way that is understandable and relatable to students.
