I do support teaching for the children who needs special attention.i focus on the problems that students are facing like in reading, writing, spelling,maths etc ..I helps to encourage and make a intrest in studies, social interactions,and for developing a disciplined approach to everything they are facing. I do set short term goal and long term for assessing their development.I do make regular basis classes and different styles in teaching.I do prefer weekend assessment and a interactive section with parents for knowing the problems and progess.I teach from the basics that students are delaying.,and assessment for knowing of their levels.
