Pranayam, kriyas and meditation is also as important as Asana. Yoga help us to feel more focused, energetic and fresh. we function better in our life. Its relief stress. its improves our flexibility and gives strength. Its improves concentration and mindfulness. But not in one day. we need to do continuous practice for long time.
