I offer both physical and online learning. I make and provide notes to the learners based on what am teaching. I conduct my research based on the KICD curriculum and make sure the learning experiences are met. I also bond well with my learners by ensuring that each learner's needs and interests are met. A random assessment test and a continuous test is offered after every strand or topic learnt either online or physical. Am flexible and can travel to reach out my learners. I use demonstration, facilitatation and hybrid methods of teaching to carry out my teaching-learning activity. I also engage my students in the learning process by asking them questions, engaging them in discussion, giving them topics to carry research and carry out PowerPoint presentation on topics assigned for research. I cater for both learners with special learning needs and the regular learners. I do classroom management together with the learner's behavior management to the best level.
