As a teacher, I believe every students has the ability to Learn to be better in life. Some learn at a slow paste, while others learn at a fast paste. It only takes the teacher to identify such student and teach them accordingly. I don't laugh at my student,when they failed their exams. Instead, I encourage them to put more effort in their work. I also ask my student, the reason for their failure. We all in life, at some point needs some words of encourage to break the record.Lastly, with God all things are possible. Never give up should be our watch word. The biggest room in our life,is the room of improvement. No student was born dull, learning improves us. That's why we can't stop learning. Learning should be part of us, in our daily activities. Students have the room for growth, and I am willing to put more effort to ensure my students is the best in the whole wide world. My student should be able to compete with other students any where they found themselves in the world.
