these days with hands-on browsing people come to conclusion anything can be learnt with few copy and paste techniques...I do agree for certain things but not for all
say there is site for programming language W3schools for sql, java, phython so on.. with out BASIC THINGS like client server communication details, IP, ports there is chance of more difficulty in learning..

i would suggest if a person wants to become good programmer need to learn excel first, power bi, sql, later automation using python once these done other languages become clear pictorially as web tech is based on variables or objects .

need to use human resources properly who can put right things to right place at very first time with quality this can be done by "Discipline and Attitude" which is 100%.
