Proficient in online coaching and teaching:
1. Mentorship and Coaching: Equipped in Life Coaching (certified by the American Board of NLP) and over six years mentoring and coaching experience, I offer guidance and support to my learners in order to set their goals, gain clarity and focus and create personalized plans to achieve their goals in their class and life.

2. Planning and Organization: To enable me fulfil my duties diligently, I aim to plan my work and tasks effectively and have experience guiding people to create proper plans that enable them accomplish their goals with ease. I have particularly created a Planner that I (and some of my interested learners) use to plan their tasks based on priority.

3. Learning/Class Management and Facilitation: I am driven by the desire to see people experience learning on their own, based on their various levels and capacities. Therefore, I have mastered crucial classroom facilitation skills that enable learners to learn based on their current levels of competence. This learner-centered approach has proven useful in guiding various people to achieve their unique goals within mixed classroom settings.

4. Innovation and creativity around problem solutions: I am a creator, focused on creating solutions that will solve problems for the teaching community as well as the student body. This skill has seen me write a variety of life skills books that were adopted by a couple of schools in Kenya. I have also created mentoring programs that have created platforms for learners to thrive and connect with their peers, learning public engagement skills such as responsible citizenry.

5. Team Player: I appreciate that teaching and classroom requires ongoing learning and team support. I focus on working together with team mates to achieve set objectives and above all, aim to learn from my peers in order to be more efficient in delivering my roles and responsibilities.
