I try to keep my classroom welcoming and engaging so that students are able to share their concerns and ask questions. I prioritise practical problem-solving above theoretical explanations and customise my methods of instruction to student psychology, so that concepts are properly understood. To avoid misunderstandings and encourage teamwork, I maintain honest communication with both students and parents. I encourage critical thinking and make learning entertaining, but in order to maintain discipline, I also establish specific boundaries and enforce them when required.
