Student centered! I adapt my teaching to meet the needs of individual students, and it worked 99% of the time. Creating a space where there is lots of laughs and space for students to be themselves and excel in different ways requires that you tap into their passions and take time to know and appreciate them, even in a small way. A good teacher must motivate and convince his/her students that the challenges of learning are worthwhile. Though student motivation can be improved through quality curriculum, good teachers amplify student engagement.
