I have used basically demonstration and observation method which can help students to acquire knowledge and applied their knowledge in real life.
Since,2000 I am in this profession. I have started my career in Gairibus H. S in Kalimpong worked there for one academic session. After that, I went to Sikkim and started my career as PGT Eco in Govt. Sr sec. Sch. In Sikkim. During 2001to 2005.Thereafter, I went to Bihar, Gaya, and join one Private school and worked for 3 yrs 2006 to 2008. Then I went to Bhutan, there I worked for 3 yrs as PGT economics. Finally I Left Bhutan for my child education. Since, 2012 June to till date I am working in ARMY PUBLIC SCHOOL SUKNA, SILIGURI, WEST BENGAL as PGT Eco. I have left So many school in my life but reality is that in my present job is only permanent, previous where ever I worked all the jobs was contractual or irregular. Last 23 yrs I have produced 100 % result in my subject, twice 2 students also got 100 in my subject.
