I have a more than 8+ years of experience in teaching and 4 years experience with special needs kids. I m a clinical psychologist and a professional teacher both. I manage to help students with their deficiencies and help them get better grades. 90% of my students get A grades. Only for female students.
I have a collaboration approach towards teaching and this is what is helpful for kids as brain storming is the key to good grades. I help students with their concept clarity and assignment completion. I also make sure that my students achieve good grades and at the same time do not lose interest.
