I am a retired teacher from Teaching sector. I am very caring and I like to teach students who lack concentration when learning in group. I make a point to encourage the learners by relating what they learn with everyday activities and occurances.
My students are very satisfied with the way they learn!!
I set the scene for every lesson and bring the learners' attention by starting with some smalltalk and gradually bring them to the day's topic.
Learning takes place smoothly,questions are welcome during the teaching process. Students are satisfied and they feel free to give their understanding or not. Later we come to what has been less stressed and the opinions of each and everyone is taken into consideration. We have a large group discussion and share point of views and ideas.
